METHOD:

Add fresh clean water to pan and bring to boil. Leave a few minutes and add cacao and stir with intention until dissolved, you can add cayenne pepper, cardamon or rose for additional flavour if required.

For daily dose use between 10 – 25g of cacao

For journey dose use 42g of cacao
