How to use:
Morning Superfood Smoothie – To a blender add 1 Tbsp Love Blend to 300 – 400ml of plant based milk, banana, 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds, dollop of coconut oil, maybe a date or two and a pinch of salt, pinch of cayenne and a smile.
Cacao Superfood Drink – Mix a Tbsp of Cacao Love Blend into 300 – 400 ml of plant based milk in a pan and warm gently and whisk. Add natural sweetener if preferred.

Method:
Add fresh clean water to a pan and bring to boil. Leave a few minutes and add cacao and stir with intention until dissolved, you can add cayenne pepper, cardamon or rose for additional flavour if required.
For daily dose use between 10 – 25g of cacao
For journey dose use 42g of cacao
