How to Prepare Ceremonial Cacao

1. Add fresh, clean water to a pan and bring to a gentle boil.
   
2. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
   
3. Add the ceremonial cacao and stir slowly with intention until fully dissolved.
   
4. Optional flavour additions: cayenne pepper, cardamom, or rose.
